Contract Advantage Client-Server has several levels of reporting.

The main reporting system currently generates reports through Crystal Reports. All Crystal-generated reports can be exported to Excel, Word, PDF, HTML and other formats. Many reports have multiple options, sort sequences, date ranges, etc.

The reports cover Actions, Contract data in Summary and Detail, Contracting Parties, Contacts, Mailing Labels, Intellectual Property, Litigation, and more.

In addition to Crystal Reports, users can export most grid data to Excel for custom reporting.

Users can define the columns that appear in the Selection Grid, and export the grid search results to an Excel spreadsheet with the click of a button. There is also a “memorize query” capability so that you store complex queries and report on them easily.
