Contract Advantage - Standard Version is intended for single users or small workgroups, usually 1-2 users on a local area network. It is not intended for remote access. The Standard system is built on a Microsoft Access database. It is, however, a feature-rich application used by many large companies as a starter system for Contract Management when budgetary constraints do not allow for more sophistication. It contains the basic, important features for effective Contract Management.

The system boasts over 400 data fields, more than 65 search fields, many fields that can be renamed to suit your business needs, Insurance Certificate Tracking, AdvantageAlert™ (our Email-based contract action alert tool), unlimited actions on a contract, and the ability to attach documents and images! The standard version is used by many organizations, large and small as their first foray into automated Contract Management.
