The AdvantageAlert Module provides the basis for automatic communication of pending (or past due!) actions to each responsible person. You can alert multiple people for each action. "I didn't know" or "I forgot" issues are things of the past. With the many tasks that each person in your organization has to manage, automatic email notification should help to improve everyone's task management capabilities.

One of the important features of the AdvantageAlert Module is that it can remind your staff on a regular basis - say once a month, starting 90 days (or any period you decide) before a task must be completed, until such time as the task is marked completed. It is an ongoing, rolling task list!

The system is designed to automatically define early warnings for different tyoes of action dates. The user can even specify multiple early warning dates for each action. Each action/milestone may have multiple Responsible Persons-and any or all contacts can be alerted to the upcoming action on each early warning date and on the actual action date. If the action is not marked as "Completed" the alert system will continue to send out reminders.
