Contract Advantage Standard's Security system is based on users, roles and groups. Each user can be in one or more groups and may have one or more roles. Each contract is tagged with a Security Level. Groups are then given access to contracts based on the Security Level. The user's role will also determine where they appear in the system. When a user logs in and retrieves contracts, only those contracts that meet that user's security profile will be displayed in the Selection Grid. Only the System Administrator can assign security rights to users.
