GMS has the vision to provide the best, intellectually
stimulating solutions to critical business problems. We make every
effort to provide our clients with flexible core products. In addition
to having these flexible, feature-rich core contract management
systems, we have a number of industry-specific software answers;
and we are looking to the future with plans to deliver new, functionally
advanced solutions for key industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals
and biotech firms, government, telecommunications, manufacturing
and service organizations, and more. In 2004, we are releasing support
systems for Request For Proposal (RFP), Request for Information
(RFI) and Request For Quote (RFQ) generation, management and evaluation
workflows. We are also looking forward to the exciting introduction
of our collaboration tools.
The objective of any contract management system
is to reduce costs or enhance revenue. Everything that we do in
bringing out new products or enhancements is geared toward that
end. We do this by lowering operating costs, improving workflows,
identifying critical action dates and giving users sufficient advance
warning so that the actions can be management properly.
GMS views its clients as our most important resource.
We listen and make our clients effective partners in establishing
the requirements to deliver newer and better solutions for their
specific industries. We strive to include best practices and best
of breed features in our products.
GMS core products offer our clients flexibility
in addressing their contract management needs. We allow for different
levels of solutions—small to large, simple to complex. We
offer multiple platforms to that end. Our clients are given the
elasticity of upgrading seamlessly from one platform to the next
with no loss of data. We can implement focused, controlled contract
management projects, proof the solutions and then expand usage to
other parts of the organization.
GMS encourages our clients to scan legacy contracts in volume. We can
provide the services of scanning as well as capturing key data to
populate the initial contract database. This process can significantly
improve data access and management upon implementation and may yield
noteworthy cost savings quickly.
