Great Minds Software, Inc. (GMS) has released a Discussion Thread module which extends the collaboration capability of Contract Advantage Web. Discussion threads allow users to share commentary on contracts or negotiations by submitting Postings and Responses or Comments to Postings.

The Discussion Thread module has extensive security and thread management capabilities to enhance your collaboration efforts. You may include the contracting party contacts or other outside contacts in any discussion thread, or exclude them as needed. All discussion thread postings are secure, and cannot be modified after posting. Administrators can delete postings, but even that activity is tracked in the system audit trail.
