The Contract Requisition Portal for Version 5 of Contract Advantage Web integrates with the WebPro and WebElite Products. The purpose of the portal is to enable staff in an enterprise to request procurement contracts, revenue/sales contracts or other contracts like NDA's, Consulting Agreements, Master Services Agreements, etc. The low cost Contract Requisition Portal offers a simple, configurable form to specify products to be purchased via sole source or competitive bidding procurement methods, and initiates a vetting, analysis and approval process through contracting and procurement services. The Contract Document Template feature allows the Legal or Contracting group in your organization to publish approved contract templates. Requestors can then fill out a combination of simple forms, edit approved areas of the contract document (with red-lining enabled), and upload related documents and schedules for the contract. The package is then routed to the appropriate contracting officer or legal team for further processing and workflow routing.
