Alan Mazursky, Chairman and CEO, began his career as a management consultant with Deloitte & Touche, working with leading financial services organizations. He founded ADM Consulting Group in 1984, with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Company as its first client. By 1992 the company had expanded and became The ARM Group. In January, 2004, Alan established Great Minds Software to focus exclusively on Contract Management Software solutions and related Enterprise Software products.
Alan is currently responsible for setting the firm's strategy and product concepts and has a special focus on product development and consulting services. He has written a number of college text books and has authored several contract management articles. Alan received his MBA from GSIA at Carnegie-Mellon University and his BA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Her experience encompasses business management, profit & loss responsibility, product and service development, direct marketing, fulfillment, sales and promotions. Ms. Bickart served for a term as Vice Chair of the Direct Marketing Association International Council. |
