Contract Advantage offers an extensive and powerful menu of pre-formatted reports-over 105--and enterprise-level support for ad-hoc reporting. The reports can be exported into a variety of formats, including Word, Excel, and PDF. In addition to all these reports available, every grid in the system will export to Excel.

Action Tickler reports can be produced for any range of contract action dates. The action date parameters can be any Key Action Date (such as renewal, expiration, or review), Insurance or Intellectual Property dates, or any of the system or any of the unlimited number of user-defined action dates. Users can select summarized or detailed reporting sorted by contract type, name, contract date or action date - in a straight list or grouped by responsible person.

Reports can be printed, viewed on screen, exported to word processing or spreadsheet programs and e-mailed. Reports can also be generated for one contract or a group of contracts retrieved by selected parameters - always within the security rights defined for the user. The Selection Screen also offers several mechanisms for generating reports. You can select which fields are to appear on the Selected Contracts Grid, sort them as you desire, and then export the data to Excel. Alternatively, you can click on the Open Actions or Vic Doc buttons and export that data to Excel as well.
