The Search capability on the Contract Selection Screen allows users to quickly group and report on a specific group of contracts, or to find and retrieve one specific. There are many search terms, including Parties, People, Dates, Amounts, detailed contract descriptor fields, intellectual property, etc.

Database Content

Each contract record has over 400 data fields, including such elements as contracting parties, contacts, Key Dates, Contract Diary, Work Flow, document management, contract approvals, contract signatories, product information, status, leases, intellectual property, asset management, litigation and many other modules. Plus, you can expand the database with new, user-defined fields, as you need them.

Contract Records

Each record is visually organized on pages that are initially defined by Contract Type, so that each contract type contains only the contract pages that it requires. The system also supports an open structure for recording contract clauses – you can use the contract clause module to record the entire contract OR just the Key Clauses in the contract.
