The Search capability on the Contract Selection Screen allows users to quickly classify and report on a specific group of contracts, or to find and retrieve a specific contract. There are over 200 search criteria that can be used individually or in combination. These include Parties, People, Dates, Amounts, detailed contract descriptor fields, intellectual property, FKA's, etc. You can also search on any renamed or user-defined fields that you may create.

Each record is visually organized on pages that are initially defined by Contract Type, so that each contract type contains only the contract pages that it requires. The system also supports an open structure for recording contract clauses – you can use the contract clause module to record the entire contract OR just the Key Clauses in the contract.
