Training is absolutely essential for the success of any important enterprise system. To improve implementations, we also provide data import services and implementation consulting services. WE can import thousands of companies, contacts, contracts and documents to make the startup experience more meaningful. We also provide system integration consulting services to integrate Contract Advantage Web with your existing ERP systems.
Training is an important aspect of ensuring a successful implementation. We provide on-site and off-site training services, as well as refresher courses and individual training. During an Enterprise system implementation, we conduct special key administrator training, training for contract administrators and other regular users, and an executive briefing for senior executives. We also encourage a “train the trainer” philosophy for deployments, and to ensure that our clients build up a knowledge base internally to ensure success. The training program is typically a 5-day regimen for the Enterprise products and a 2-day program for the Departmental system.

Whether the changes be large or small, we strive to deliver cost-effective solutions to our client’s specific needs. Customizations may be as simple as a new contracts page, or more complicated with special workflows and integrations with other products. Many clients have existing contract data stored in Excel spreadsheets, Access databases, ERP systems or using other tools. We do offer standard data important tools, which clients can use to import data. If there are more sophisticated needs, we have experience cleaning and converting external data to our database formats. If your organization has existing supplier or customer data in accounting or ERP systems, we can convert that data, and then establish regular update links to those systems.
ERP/CRM System Integration
To maximize the usefulness and widespread applicability of your contract system, we can integrate Contract Advantage with your ERP, accounting and CRM systems. Contract Advantage can import G/L Accounts and Sub Accounts, Customers and Vendors, Invoices and Payments when the integrations are established.
Now, invoices and payments can be linked back to contracts. Users can see contract budgets, invoices and payments to date, percentage completion by payment/invoice, invoice/budget and payment/budget. With full integration to a G/L system, this will enable full analysis by period, G/L Account, and sub accounts. Thus, contract transactions can be tracked by Division, Department, location, Budget, Cost Center/SBU, and other sub accounts. Report based on calendar or fiscal years. Do monthly, quarterly, year-to-date and period comparison reports.
